Desk posture... Most of us sit in a triple flexed position for long hours everyday
In this position your tight muscles get tighter and your weak get weaker... Tight muscles = sternocleidomastoid, upper traps, chest, lats, low back, hip flexors, hamstrings, adductor, calf.
Weak muscles = mid traps, core, glutes, abductors, anterior tibialis.
As a rule of thumb stretch the tight and activate the weak!
Best exercise to do.... walking at a brisk/purposeful pace. . .
