Contract your shoulders at the top of the movement for maximum effectiveness, and pick a weight you can actually lift without momentum! Don't be one of those people flapping their wings in the gym lol. . Pick a weight with which you will fail after 4-6 reps. I got 8 here, so I guess I'm an over achiever 😉. This means the weight was too light.
