So, over the course of almost a year, I lost 40lbs.
Is there a reason? I think there's a lot of factors. I don't know for sure. Honestly just wanted to see how much weight I could lose from Oct to Apr for Songkran/Bangkok, from controlling my diet a bit more. I tried soylent in May!
I was 160lbs in April 2017 (Songkran/Thailand/Gcircuit), and maintained that until about mid-Aug. But then I had some complications with my physical and mental health, life situation, friends and family... , and dramatically lost about 20 pounds in August and Sept :/. So now... I'm shifting. I'm changing. I'm relearning myself and my body. So hopefully by this time again next year, I can confidently say that my body is the body I want, because right now, this body does not feel like my own, and it feels like I'm allowing circumstance and environment to control it.
Taking back control of my body, and my life. :) let's go!
I don't know what my Body Fat% is, but I know that I wanna get it a lot lower... Haha... Let's get some visible abs :) by my birthday in April ~ woooooo
