Did you know❗️❓ 15 minutes or less in the sauna can..... ⚪️increase your body's natural healing response to better/quickly repair sore muscles/aches/pains ⚪️Help those who suffer from Hypertension/CHF/etc (after consulting a Doctor of course.) ⚪️help acne prone skin, chronic dry skin, and other skin issues.
Work yourself up to 15 min at a time and do not go any longer than that. .
If anyone is a regular sauna fan, do you prefer using it before/after workouts!?
