I'm visiting a building with more than 100 units tonight so I need all of the strength and all of the endurance I can muster. 👊💯🏢🏢 And this morning's workout is step one in me feeling the best that I can today. It was 25 minutes of lifting weights and squatting and lunging. Thank God for that modifier though. 💯💯💯 Feeling so great. It's day two of a 3 week program and I'm feeling like I'm really going to make some positive changes in my body and in my mind.
