I created my own dish at brunch and it was delicious! On the menu was "sassy greens with grilled asparagus and raspberry vinaigrette". The greens were a stupendous mix of radicchio, mustard, baby lettuces, and chicories. I had them serve the vinaigrette on the side and add two poached eggs on top of the greens, I then added the vinaigrette myself. It was fantastic!
