Yesterday's run was a low-impact jog. The shin felt pretty good so I took an extra lap (.75 mile) around the block. Today it's a little sore, so I will do some cross training and give it a rest😳. Since starting running almost two and a half years ago, I have had #ITband
issues, knee problems, lost a few toenails, and now #shinsplints!
