The best workouts are the ones you don't want to do.
Hubs and I have been eating like crap lately. We literally fought over nothing this morning and then realized that we were behaving like cranky children who ate wayyyyy too much sugar.
I sent him off to work with healthier food and we vowed to do better tomorrow to get a jump on our @whole30
journey that we are starting Wednesday.
And then I went to 7pm class when I was all bloated with a food baby and was burping up pasta the whole time.
Just gotta keep pushing. Failure only happens when you stop trying.
