I know what it’s like to fail over and over again. To want to make a positive change but struggle to turn it into a reality. My biggest struggle used to be eating well on a consistent basis. I was all-or-nothing. I’d either be extremely restrictive or I’d throw all caution to the wind. And neither made me feel how I wanted to feel: energetic, healthy, and empowered. It was frustrating and made me feel terrible. So I did some research, started practicing a new technique, and not long after it completely changed my mentality and behavior. I found the balance I was looking for and am now able to eat well without obsessing or restricting. It’s incredible and freeing! So much so, that I want to teach the technique I used for FREE!
