Unfortunately, I've been sick for a couple days since coming back from traveling and haven't got my pull-ups in. Hope to get better soon!
Today, I was still proud to run an obstacle race. Even though I was feeling weak, I carried 80lbs water on my back for a quarter mile, and climbed a 30 feet rope with a 40lbs chain on my shoulders. All the weight training paid off.
