If you train regularly, injuries are inevitable, big or small. They can be frustrating, but it doesn’t help to keep dwelling on it. The best thing to do is make sure it recovers well while finding other opportunities.
I had a minor tweak in my wrist coming out of nowhere. I decided to rest it completely until it could bare weight, and work on basics, grips and weights that are the best for the wrist.
Listen to your body, it knows the best :) saw this variation from @prove_it.
