asanas/poses that are practiced in ashrams – where dedicated yogi’s and swami’s practice for years and
decades – are often how the practice is presented today. This makes it out to be for those acrobatic and already flexible in nature, but quite the opposite: the worse off you are the more yoga is for you!!!! We need yoga to be happy, healthy and mindful; we do not need advanced postures for this.
