Find somewhere you won’t be disturbed, sit comfortably, close your eyes, begin to breathe some long slow breaths in and out through your nose. SLOW DOWN every single movement, only moving with each breath you take, opening up and connecting to every single cell in your body, as you unwind and unravel any way that FEELS GOOD to you.
Breathe, stretch out, mobilise, de-stress, be present, flow, recharge. Your body and mind will be so grateful trust me 🕉
