You grow outside of the gym by resting and eating correctly. However, you need to break muscles down to grow. Want that back to grow? Go ahead and try this pull workout. Don't worry so much about TUT (time under tension) as making sure you're last rep each set is all you can do. 60-90 rest periods. The last set of the one-arm DB rows, drop the weight for 3-5 seconds and continue to failure. Do this 3 times.
