Smashed 500 for a triple, then YOLOd 515 because the energy was too good. About as textbook as a grind can get for me. It was slow and quite a bit less than my previous max, BUT I'm glad I kept relatively good hip position and I didn't round my back. I've never even gone above 505 in the gym, the only time I do is in competition (535ish) , so we'll see how more fatigued, heavy deadlifts carry over. . .
