Happy Monday everyone 😄 And let’s rock this week! How? By getting stuff done so we can enjoy all the goodness from the progress and achievement done !!!! Let’s plan it!
Start this week thinking of what you want to have done by the end of the week... Is it a homework finished and handled? Is it the next steps or milestone of a project? is it setting up a new habit or sticking to it? Remember that there is everything is a good goal, it can be something that clears space in your mind, that helps you to move forward, that has a deadline... Now that you have a goal, here is a quick 3 steps action plan!
1) Start by visualising yourself when you’ve accomplished your goal by the end of the week... How happy and proud of yourself do you feel?
Where are you when it’s done? Look at your surroundings.
What do you hear at that moment? Maybe people congratulate you, maybe you hear yourself saying to yourself “Well done Gorgeous/Handsome, you manages like a pro”
2) From there, in your mind rewind the story, starting from the accomplished your goal to the first action you took. What happened the step just before you made it, what was the previous thing you’ve done, and before that… until you visualise the first action you did to be the to do.
3 )Write the steps down! Do not bother looking up at the whole thing. Concentrate on the 1st step, this is your kickstart, once achieved, focus on the next one etc…
