workout is complete.
I ALWAYS workout in the morning. But due to a sick toddler I was unable to this morning and left it till his midday sleep. . .
Never Again ❗️❗️ - well that’s probably not true but I hope not for a long time -
I struggled mentally so badly.
I dropped weight when I usually would have pushed through,
I took longer rests than usual,
And I kept thinking. . .
“I could have done better❗️”
But that statement is untrue.
Yes on another day I could have done better. . .
Yes in a different state of mind I could have done better. . .
But today, in this moment, I could NOT have done better.
I did what I could,
I gave it all I had (even if that wasn’t a lot)
We all have days where we think
“WOW, I smashed it❗️”
but we also all have days where we struggle to get through things we can usually fly through and that’s life.
Don’t beat yourself up.
It’s the days that you struggle through but continue that you should be most proud of❗️❗️❗️
