I was not always fond of stretching. In fact, there's was lots of times I would go for a run and not bother to stretch afterwards, unless I did some weight training after the run. It all caught up to me though in the form of pain and stiffness.
These days I make sure I stretch everyday. Yoga has helped me manage back pain and scoliosis, and helped me heal my body. I've done this pose a lot! Cat and cow can also help alleviate digestion problems.
