White balance is off in each photo that’s why the colors differ.
Definitely adding width in the lats and the rear delts have come a long way. I use to neglect rear delts so they are a weakness in my back shot but I have dedicated two days a week to them now and seeing progress.
Waist line has also grown 😂😂 but I can definitely shrink it down come prep time and the taper will be even more dramatic.
On another note, I’ve been asked multiple times already if I walk in with a workout regime ready.
The answer is NO.
I do however always have a structure and make my workouts around it based off of how I’m feeling that day, what machines or weights are available, and what I am wanting to prioritize that day.
My workouts always follow a compound to isolation pattern. So I always start with a heavy compound movement and after knocking out my sets, I move over to an isolated movement for that muscle group. I repeat this pattern throughout my workout until I am finished.
I have been on this type of split for a little over a year and I can say without a doubt that I have seen the most muscle growth and maturity by following this.
