Launch!! Here's my new website showing a selection of my writing, curating and speaking. There's still lots to be added, but a few things are up already and there's more exciting news to be announced.
This is also a good moment to say that after four great years as a senior editor at Frieze, I recently decided to go freelance to work on a few forthcoming projects. I loved being able to bring writers like Eileen Myles, Didier Eribon, Dennis Cooper and Dodie Bellamy to the magazine, and to work with others like Lynne Tillman, Negar Azimi and Andrew Durbin. I'm also particularly proud of having commissioned the first ever special issue on art and class, as well as features on the representation of disability and the appropriation of queer culture. Whilst there I covered everything from the Sharjah Biennial through to Art Brussels, and artists including Pablo Bronstein, Pappy Ebotani, Cosey Fanni Tutti and even the dreaded Terry Richardson. It's been thrilling and exhausting, but it's time to fly the nest.
I'm incredibly excited about the future and what I have planned (more soon). Do get in contact as I am available for any writing commissions, curated projects etc.
