last night! What an incredible service with 7 course and 3 cocktail pairing festuring Big Mountain Gin. (Peep the instastory from yesturday!) There are a few dishes thst stood out, but I think this dish really showed what Delicatus us capable of in the kitchen. This Coppa Di Testi was some devine swine! Super rich, meaty and satisfying. On top of some rustic rye and accompanied by pickled fiddlehead and peppers drizzled with lemon oil. Holy heck the total meal was fantastic and well put together.
You can tell owners and chefs Mike and Derek really love what they do, and can taste The passion in their food and drink. Last Friday of each month they host dinners like this one. Follow them and look into going to the next dining event. The ticket price for the dinner was well worth the time spent eating superior food among good company.
