Instead of using mayonnaise in your sandwich, cheese on your cracker, or creamy dip for your veggie sticks, try using some #hummus!
Here is the #recipe:
Place 1 can of #chickpeas,
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup tahini, ½ garlic clove (minced), 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp water, a big pinch of salt, and ½ teaspoon ground cumin in a food processor and process until smooth. If the hummus is too thick, pulse in more water, a tbsp at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. Taste, adding more salt and lemon juice as needed.
To serve, place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
