Recipe Ingredients 2 (400g) tins chickpeas (or cook 1 cup dried chickpeas) 80g fresh parsley 4 tbsp light tahini 2 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp sea salt 3 tbsp water pinch of black pepper PREPARATION Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth! Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Keep in a glass jar or air tight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
