The tot requested cookies and since they are made with real ingredients with no refined sugar, I tend to be all about it. Plus we pulled out every cookie cutter from every season and made all the friends. Directions 👇🏻 1 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup shortening (I use Spectrum) 3 tbs maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla or almond Mix all ingredients, roll between two pieces of parchment till about 1/8 inch thick.
