The weeks are flying by for the #twophatcows
We're finished week 10 & 11 already and we've a new blog post on our progress ( #linkinbio)💗🐮🐮
So our goals for weeks 12 and 13:
1. We will be heading to the @galwayraces_offical
Ladies Day so no boozing until then!
We are partial to a tipple now and again, but we're abstaining so we can look & feel our best! So no boozy tipples, and stick solidly to healthy, clean eating!
2. Keep on MOOving!! It's important for us to keep up the MOOvement, even if it's small. One phat cow is on hollibobs, and she's going to keep it up with walks and small runs if possible. Remember, it doesn't matter how long you're exercising for, once you're MOOving! 🏃🏼♀️
3. Hey ho, H2O 💦 water, water, water!!! We were doing great for the most part, but we've slipped! So we'll be pumping water into ourselves, so important to hydrate, and we've seen the benefits in our skin, tummies, and overall well being!
