Wanna know my secret? 🤫 Flat tummy tea? ☕️ Skinny protein blends? Diet pills? 💊 6 week shred? NO NO and NO!! It really annoys me seeing fake advertising by celebs and crazy diets and weight loss supplements 🤬. I’m sorry to break it to you but there is no easy fix, it takes hard work💪🏽, dedication 🙌🏽and eating properly🍎🍗🥗🍳🥑🥩 (not 1000 calories a day) to change your body! There is 4 years between these pics, 3 years ish of training properly and probably only 1 year of tracking and eating properly.
I don’t think i’m super overweight in the left pic but I was very unhealthy and unfit. This is not a diet fad or quick fix it’s a life style change!! If I can do it.. then you can do it.. which means anyone can do it! Just trust in the process 🙃
