This morning we made a very simple pancake breakfast:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp vanilla
Toppings: banana, raspberry, @justins
almond butter, maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon.
I’ve never made the banana/egg pancake recipe before but it’s so easy, delicious, and lighter than a flour based pancake. Will definitely make again. Next time I’ll add a scoop of @paleoproproducts
protein powder for some extra protein and delicious flavor.
