Lunch today 😍 which was super delicious and also super quick to throw together 🙌🏼 and on this get shit done Sunday that was exactly what I needed 👌🏼 . Shredded carrot and cabbage mix from @sacfoodcoop, the best value ever at around 2 bucks for a container, @wildplanetfoods tuna mixed with @sirkensingtons avocado oil mayo (which @Costco didn’t have anymore last time I was there 😒) and @woodstockfoods dijon, plus @farmhouseculture kraut, @go_raw pumpkin seeds, and some raisins, with a gala apple 😍 . On today’s Ta Da list 👉🏼 donuts from @pushkinsbakery consumed 😏, workout completed, bath taken, hair washed, pork butt cooked with carrots (still need to remove from IP and make a purée with some of it for Henry!), laundry in wash, and a chapter completed of @precisionnutrition 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 and a whole lot more I want to still accomplish, but between making dinner and finishing up some of these tasks, we will see 🤓

Dem candy corn vibes. Ya feelin’ me? Except this candy corn smoothie is like 100% real and 100% easy. And sometimes I’m just lazy. Like today. 🎃🍭 🍌🍊🍋 CANDY CORN SMOOTHIE (no sugar added) Orange Layer: 1 cup frozen cantaloupe (remove from freezer for about 5 min). Throw in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into jar. Yellow Layer: 1 cup frozen mango. Follow same steps as above. White Later: 1 frozen banana. Ditto—see above. *Tips: Allowing the frozen fruit time to rest/thaw is essential before blending. You can always add a splash of milk or water to help the blending go quicker—but keep in mind, the more liquid you add, the harder it will be to layer the smoothie. You don’t want a soupy mess. Also, this makes for a great, healthy party drink. #halloween #smoothies #natural #candycorn

If you have wondered about my lack of posting over the last five months it was for good reason: we are expecting our [miracle #ivfsuccess] baby boy in February! ❤️ I am 22 weeks along now and was horribly sick during my first trimester and into my second but I am finally starting to feel somewhat normal. We just got back from our [incredible] Icelandic babymoon and tomorrow begins my pregnant Whole30! Eating healthy has been such a struggle through my pregnancy as the only thing that seemed to help with nausea was carbs. I really want to attempt a Whole30 to feel my best and hopefully help some of you who are struggling to feel well while pregnant. I am going to listen to my body and be completely honest here with my experiences. I’ve also talked with my doctor about it and she said as long as I listen to my body and eat a variety of foods, she’s on board! Here goes! 😘
