into all 4 days so I actually went beyond my original goal. 🙌🏼 I have 2 days of my running plan down and 2 to go by Sunday to stay on track. Have shifted my focus from a #weightlossgoal
+ the small but crucial daily progress. Feels right man. One of my #newmoonintentions
