3 sets of the following:
Bike 1 min at 250 watts
Bike 1 min at 300 watts
Bike 1 min at 350 watts
Bike 400 watts at 7-8/10 effort and stop when you fall below wattage.
Being that I'm dehydrated, the limiter reported for each round was pretty consistent (aka quads cramping🤷🏻♂️) Getting more pedialyte in me is always a plus. Yes. I love the stuff. Bubblegum flavor for life. 👌🏻
