Nothing, from nutrition to exercise and beyond, occurs in a vacuum, and what works great for one person may not for another. Take this meal for example: cauliflower, broccoli and carrots are all healthful foods in general but may not be if you're battling digestive issues, have a microbuome imbalance or low pancreatic function. Is that something you're going to hear in this months Shape Magazine? Probably not. The headline would go more like this ..."Add broccoli to your diet and lose 10 pounds tomorrow!" Attention grabbing yes, but then when you add broccoli to your diet and find yourself bloated and in stomach pain, you might take that on to mean there's something wrong with you or you'll never reach your goals and that couldn't be further from the truth. It wasn't an easy feat but it was very realistic and easy for Deedee to implement in her healthy lifestyle. Form into balls. - Refrigerate until chilled. - melt dark chocolate on stove. One by one, dip almond balls into chocolate until coated and set onto wax paper. - Sprinkle sea salt on top if desired. - Chill until chocolate has set. - store in fridge.

Today marks the First of May!!!!! That means it's DAY 1/21 of our 5AM club!! And DAY 1/60 of my Insanity Max:30 program!
