Haven't done a single sit up 🤔🤔
When attempting to lose body fat to get your muscles to visibly show more (such as abdominals) core training will not provide much success. It will make the muscle grow and will gain strength from it, but the number one way to decrease body fat is through a clean diet with Whole Foods. When I first started I trained and switched up my diet so many different ways until I finally had a good understanding with the science behind it. The best approach I found for me was to do HIIT (high intensity interval training) after weight training or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I noticed that the ketogenic diet helped me make a lot of progress which involves high fats, low-mid carb, and high protein intake. This uses fat as the body's main fuel source by eating a lot of healthy fats such as cashews, peanuts, almonds, avocado, and almond butter. The one thing that junk food does to negatively impact someone's physique when they are trying to reach a certain goal is that it will hold a lot of water under the skin between the muscles which gives it a blurry effect. This is called subcutaneous fat and by cleaning up your diet with Whole Foods and drinking a lot of water it will decrease the amount of subcutaneous fat under the skin and make your physique appear way more lean.
If anyone is interested in reaching a certain goal that regards to fitness, I am willing to provide some useful information. This type of work is very enjoyable for me and i won't hesitate to answer questions 🙏🏼❤️💪🏼
