Here is a NEW ENERGY SYSTEM #CIRCUIT that I recently put together, which specifically targets the body's anaerobic alactic system. This is the body's energy system that is called upon during quick and explosive activities that last up to 10 seconds. This particular #Workout is designed to mimic the #Anaerobic demands of a #Football game; as far as the number of repeated bouts of intense exertion, the duration of those bouts, and the amount of rest time between each bout. I also programmed many of the movement patterns within this circuit to reflect the physical demands often called upon a #DefensiveBack position during a game. BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES 🚨 - - Bodyweight exercises are great and challenging, but they can become limited to due the lack of increased resistance (unless you're gaining tons of weight) - - Use a belt to add extra load when a body weight exercise becomes to easy for exercises like pull ups, dips, push ups or even squats!
