I have taken a grand total of ZERO yoga pics in Pushkar.
Not because I haven’t been astounded by the beauty of the lakeside nor the temples- but because I’ve been too busy simply BEING here now, instead.
Not to mention, we’ve also been pretty flat out stocking up on spices, gemstones, mandalas, incense, Ayurveda products- essentially all things INDIA- to bring back to our little island home in the next few days.
It’s been incredible (yet exhausting) to explore every inch of the marketplaces across Jaipur & Pushkar.
Taking orders, making custom pieces, checking (and double checking) weight & prices, bargaining our tits off- yeah, it’s been a whirlwind, to say the very least.
But it’s also been pretty fucking awesome.
Getting that buzz going in my ever-running business mind, as well as inspiring my creativity once more by designing new jewelry & textiles for the first time in years.
Mostly, I’m excited to share all these goods with our Siargao fam.
But I’m even more excited to start this fun little venture with someone I love by my side.
To be honest, I tend to hold my dreams, my random ideas & little passions- quite close to my heart.
Oftentimes, I hold them so close that I don’t let anyone else in to also be a part of them.
So doing something like this (even if only on a small & somewhat playful scale), is actually a really big deal for me.
(Those who know me can vouch for this truth a hundred times over.) This New Moon is dedicated to the simple notion of togetherness.
And I couldn’t be happier to open this chapter with my best friend & partner in crime @michael_roszak
