Today is International Peace Day! In order to give our teen group a tangible experience of what peace feels like inside of themselves in the face of adversity, we played with play dough to teach them about Neuroplasticity! We used play dough as a representation of our brain and discussed how we can change the way we look and feel about the world the same way we can mold playdough.
