Going to reverse diet the next 6 weeks, starting at 2500kcall a day and adding 100gr carbs every week ending up around 3100kcall a day, probably doesn't seems a lot for most of you, but I've never eaten above 2500kcall a day so.. I'm a terrible bulker haha😂
