Hanging on to some post comp conditioning, after a couple of days enjoying all the little things post comp it was straight back to the clean foods sources.! 🍠🍚🥘 Diet hasn't changed a lot post show, just the proportions of the foods! Over the next 6 weeks I will be reversing out of my comp prep calories until I find myself at a comfortable weight with the right calorie intake! It's super important to utilise the first few weeks properly post show! Keen to get back to some heavier training and work on my weak points through progressive overload! 🙌💪
Superstar client Kathleen turned 72 years old yesterday! - Kath has been training with me for nearly four years and isn't slowing down. Last year she competed in a GPC powerlifting competition and in a couple of months she's off to America to spend some well earned time with her daughter. Kath trains 4-5 times per weeks doing a mixture of cardio, fitness classes and weights training. Today she was pumping 8kg dumbbells for reps on bench press/ one arm rows and that was just her first superset. Omg you guys.. I found another pic of me attempting to model (high school- freshman year). 😂 I have been "bootybuilding" for about 4 years. The left picture shows what I started out with. Through out middle school and high school, I played a little bit of sports so I think that I had a decent foundation, but I was certainly not bootylicious 🙈 The right picture was taken recently. As you can see, I have cellulite and stretch marks, but most of all, I have an ass that I'm proud of because it's the result of my hard work throughout many years. Keep pushing on, be eager to learn, fail many times, and succeed twice as many times as you fail. That is the secret to success 💪🏼

Quick little hitter in between clients today 💪🏼🔥😈 short but most definitely had me sweating my buns off 😅 📌Leg extensions 5 x 15 reps 📌Front squats 15,12,10,8,6 📌Leg press 15,12,10 📌Elevated lunge on smith machine 12 x 4 Superset 📌Walking lunges (30 reps) & step ups (25 reps) ** focus on pushing through your heal on your leading leg instead of pushing off with your toes on your opposite leg for both lunges and step ups** Decided to do front squats for a change. Front squats are a great way to switch things up, it takes pressure off your lower back and knees, utilizes your core more than the back squat, enforces flexibility/mobility and can improve your technique for your back squats. Don't just go through the motions, focus on your technique and how you are executing. If you aren't seeing the results you want, get at me. There are multiple reasons why people can't loose fat and from my experience, the most common are : 1️⃣ genetical hormones imbalances or imbalances due to bad lifestyle habits like alcohol, under sleeping, eating junk gmo or highly prossesed foods. 2️⃣overeating (even if you eat very healthy, if you consume more calories than you spend you will not loose fat) 3️⃣under eating (eating way to little which results in your hormones to work not optimally , which results in slower metabolism. no matter how hard you train your body just won't loose the stubborn fat (as it saves it for survival purposes) _________________ Bottom line - try to figure out what's your reason , and attach it intelligently , optimize your nutrition and training and you will get shredded 👊🏼 - In future posts I will be more specific on how to attack the fat loss natural way #armanibeauty
