Hey there lovelies! It's been a while since I've posted anything and just wanted to extend some motivation to those who are feeling down due to the change of season or facing difficulties times or just simply having a hard time finding inspiration to keep going. Trust me, we've all been there and some of us go through it quite often. You're not alone. But what sucks is that the first thing we do when life gets in the way is to stop exercising or make excuses for why we can't stick to our routine. For many people, somehow staying in shape is the first thing that gets bumped from the list. I've been on this fitness journey for many years now and I still find it challenging- not only the physical aspect of it but the mental struggles and common issues that comes along with it. Although I've made so much progress from when I first started. I still struggle every now and then in finding the willpower to get up and get moving. Especially on the days when I lack motivation, I find myself looking back at old posts, seeing my transformations and re-reading the words as a reminder to myself of how far I've come. The question I ask myself often is: why did I start in the first place? Obviously it must have been important enough for me to have taken the effort to make it a part of my life. And why I had fought so hard just to get to where I am today. Realize that the struggles that I'm feeling at this very moment is only temporary and will soon past. That I am strong and competent and will get through this like I've done many times before.
It's important to keep your eye on that goal, remember why you were doing it, and get yourself passionate about the goal again. If you want it bad enough, you'll get yourself back on track. So get up and take action! Know that today you are a lot stronger than you were yesterday, and you will be.
