I always get asked how many times to do legs per week, I say 2-3 depending on your goals. You can still train if you're sore in my opinion🌚
Adding protein in now... I usually only have it after a big session tbh but this one seriously tastes like vanilla ice cream 😍🍦🍨 could be dangerous 💖😈 @luxefitness
