J'ai eu une question intéressante à laquelle je vais répondre 😊. Pourquoi tu t’entraînes ? Pour avoir un beau physique ? Pour te sentir mieux mentalement ? Plaisir personnelle ? Ou autre ? 🤔 - 🔹️J’ai commencé la muscul il y a 7ans je dirais pas pas à cause mais grâce à @samiabocoum qui a l'époque était plus balèze que moi 😅 imagine le malaise 😩. I certainly agree with the increase of frequency Mayne not 6x a week 3 or 4 (especially for strength). But yeah mind to muscle connection can get complicated so that needs to go! Sometimes you can't build said connection because your body uses an alter movement pattern and it gets so hardwire its more frustating trying to do it! If you can figure out your specific movement dysfunction and release the overactive muscle then your in bidness (business) @Regranned from @jmaxfitness - BUILD STUBBORN MUSCLES by @jmaxfitness - If one of your body parts isn’t growing, you’re not alone. We all suffer from this, even though we don’t like to admit it. For some people it’s their calves, others, it’s their arms. For me, it’s been my chest. - Luckily, if you train this muscle group correctly, you can turn your worst body part into your best one. - It just takes a little bit of science and a lot of dedication and hard work. But it works. - The biggest reason you have a stubborn body part is probably that you cannot feel it working. You need to ignite that mind-to-muscle connection and feel that muscle working. This takes time and practice, but it's the most important thing you can do. - After that, start training it more frequently. Train it 3-6 times per week. Is this a lot? Yes, but you want it to grow, don't you? What you've been currently doing obviously isn't working, so it's time to try something drastic. - Lastly, you'll need to prioritize training this muscle FIRST in your workout.
