1 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup almond milk
2 cups oatmeal
1.5 scoops chocolate whey protien (I used @beyondyourself_
protien powder ♡♡ find it at your local @reflexsupplements
Mix first 3 ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat till combined and smooth. Take off heat mix in oatmeal and protien till combined. Pack into 8x8 pan let cool in fridge for 20 min. ENJOY!!
