Guten Abend Sportskanonen... Da mir letzte Woche einige mitgeteilt haben, dass sie mehr Trainingsvideos auf meinem Account sehen wollen, habe ich heute mal einen kleinen Ausschnitt aus meinem #legday 💪 Ausfallschritte an der Multipresse mit Beinheben ist die letzte Übung auf meinem Plan und die Haut rein... Macht ihr Ausfallschritte? Ich finde die Übung sehr effektiv und spüre die Muskeln richtig gut... Habt ihr den Dienstag gerockt? Meine Arbeitstage sind aufgrund meines Wechsels zum 1. Oktober sehr entspannt... das Beintraining an sich lief soweit gut. Aber der Kopf will nicht auf Focus umschalten. Gerade im Beintraining habe ich damit iwie große Probleme und ich habe keine Ahnun warum... Jemand Tipps? I am hungry, hungry to bring my absolute best to stage in less than 2 weeks. # 🤷🏻‍♂️Weirdly, despite cutting carbs & total calories by a significant degree already this week my hunger has been lower. # 👉I put this down to upping my water intake, spending more time at the gym & not in the house but also something related to the food reward hypothesis. # 😱When you're in deep shit, hunger is really high, try having a bowl of plain oatmeal (cook it with some milk if you like) & only season it with salt. # 😋If you're truly hungry this will still taste good & be satisfying, but it won't go down half as quick as if it was covered in sweeteners & will leave you feeling more satiated. # 👨🏻‍🍳Recipe to try: 30g oats, 150ml unsweetened almond milk, 150ml water >> cook till very thick >> mix in 200g blended cauliflower & some salt >> leave to cool & thicken [9P, 26C (7fibre), 4F - under 200kcal] - let me know how you get on. # ❓Do you find eating blander foods helps keep hunger at bay? # #ReviveStronger #Hunger
