Lately I've been spending a lot of my time thinking about how to be more clear in my communications.
About how I can say what I actually mean instead of beating around the bush or letting emotions take over.
There's 3 main practices that I've found to be helpful:
1. Adding time to the situation
2. Writing out your thoughts
3. Practicing meditation
