people change A process that was tough to say the least, trial and error for months. Joining @gohealthclubs was when I decided to make a change, on and off fad dieting, not sticking to workouts for probably 10 months. Becoming more knowledgeable in the aspect of nutrition and fitness was what really helped me, realising that you can’t rely on motivation and you have to work off discipline. After a year of roughly training inconsistently, I found my passion for weight lifting and hiit training. I learnt how to properly fuel my body with foods that were sustainable and realistic. Nearly 2 years later and Ive come so much further than I would have ever anticipated, surpassed goals but put the goal posts further away. Consistently working on a better, stronger, healthier me. Dedication, hard work, consistency and HUSTLE is what will get you there πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Transform pain into fuel, and let effort take the wheel. . Effort builds skill and becomes a part of who you are. It’s no different than learning a dance, it becomes flesh. And the subconscious mind where skill is built learns with repetition; if you keep at it long enough, you will win. . Fight on, legend πŸ‘Š . #markiron
