Story time: When I ran cross country in high school I hated how my thighs were bigger than the other girls. A lot of the girls (especially the fastest) seemed to have thinner thighs. I always wanted to have thinner thighs, like them. I hated how when I ran races my spandex shorts would ride up. I hated how my inner thighs would chafe.
Fast forward to now: I love my thigh muscles! I love how the muscle shows through my leggings after a hard workout (the leg pump 🙌🏻). I've learned to appreciate these muscles because they allow me to lift heavy. When I wear shorts I am not embarrassed of my thicker thighs, but proud! 😊👍🏼 Learn to embrace and appreciate whatever your natural body type may be. 💕
