Since I'm trying to be active and healthy this pregnancy and so many moms could use support I thought how fun would it be to open a group up for ALL mommies!
*Planning on having a family soon *Post Partum (weight loss or toning)
*Breastfeeding & Bottle feeding moms *Busy Mom Looking to get back on track

Here are the details of the group:
*30 days long (if we love it I'm open to extending through summer) *Everyone will get a basic health meal plan (nursing moms plans adjusted to keep up milk supply) *Access to 30 min of less safe prenatal/post Partum workout. (More advanced workouts available for new moms ready) * Healthy Summer Snacks &Recipe Swaps (for moms and kids) * Workouts for kids and moms to do together (short workouts)
* Daily mom topics (outdoor activities for families, pregnancy advice, stretch mark lotions, self love exercises, date night ideas, etc) .
I say let's open it up and have fun with it!!!! Just get moving, ease back in, learn to love our sexy mom bods😉, and focus a little time on our babies and us!!! .
