Since the birth of my second daughter last year I have slowly been improving my strength.
I have been doing chin-ups every session, but haven’t done weighted chin-ups for nearly 2 years now.
So today I got the belt out!
First video shows with 8kg.
Second video shows with 4kg.
Third video shows my daughter wanting to do a weighted chin-up with her kettlebell 😍 she used a yoga strap as her belt!
