Sometimes it's good to remind ourselves how far we've fallen to encourage us to pick ourselves up.
A year ago (right) I was stronger, faster, leaner, and healthier than today (left). Truth be told besides laziness there's no excuse. I am living proof the key to success in fitness is consistency, I let up and well... 8-10% body fat increase, 10 pounds heavier with significantly noticeable less muscle mass, and I can't run for more than 5 minutes without feeling like I'm dying...
Back at it! Lets see how much effort it will take to undo the damage done by my "meh, I'll just order pizza and watch a movie instead"
