Mediation doesn't have to happen only when sitting completely still in a room by yourself - we can bring it into our daily lives simply be being more mindful and present when we do things like wash the dishes, brush our teeth, or go for a run! Every time you find your mind wandering, simply being it back to the task at hand and involve yourself completely in whatever you are doing. It may be difficult at first, but as with anything, the more you do it, the better you get! 💛💜💚
