Here are some tips:
1️⃣Develop mindfulness. Practice observing your thoughts, rather than reacting automatically to them. Think of your thoughts as clouds floating by. Let them pass and don't judge!
2️⃣Focus on your breath. You always have it with you, and simply by deeply breathing in and out 3 times you can bring calm to every cell in your body.
3️⃣Use on the go tools like aromatherapy rollers or flower essence blends. I just made a new aroma oil blend using a Chinese herbal essential oil called biota seed, lavender and sandalwood. It's called "calm mind" for good reason... Also check out @calmamama

4️⃣ SLEEP. Don't compromise sleep. Our bodies love natural rhythms and going to bed by 10 is ideal to promote sound sleep. This is when our nervous system resets, and it's vital to our health and well being!
5️⃣Resist sugar. Eating a lot of sugar spikes your blood sugar, and causes an increase of adrenaline in our bodies. This equals more stress and anxiety... so resist! 🔄
