Another great legs exercise for functional hypertrophy🔥
Save it for your next leg workout:
- Bulgarian db split squats!
Before performing this ex. Make sure to warm up the hip flexors very well ! Start with no weight and do 1-2 sets just going through the motion and stretching everything very well , feel the movement , establish strong base 💪🏼! Keep core muscles extremely tight, and shoulders retracted back! Mentally focus on pushing through the heel and squeeze all leg and glute muscles at the top of each contraction!
I did 3x10,8,7 (for each leg)

leg workout - full body stretching - hanging leg raises for abs 4 sets of 15
Main leg workout routine :
- Free bb squats 4x15,10,8,6
- single Db stiff deadlifts 4x10
- Single db front goblet squats 3x10
- Bulgarian split squats with db 3x12,8,7 (on each side)
- Leg extensions (quads) 4x20,12,10,8... 1 drop set , (with 2 sec pause at the top of each contraction )
In all exercises focus on full range of motion , slow negative, pause and explosive positive for best muscle-mind connectioun
