TIP TO GET IN EARLY AM WORKOUTS BEFORE WORK...
I've always wondered how some of my clients and friends get up at 4:30am and do their workout without fail?!
(and how I have shocked myself & done it before leaving for a trip.)
We use this mental trick!
The 5 second rule:
and go get started. .
You ignore how you feel
and do it anyway.
The trick is not giving yourself anymore than 5 or fewer seconds
to decide to do it or not. .
If you wait or procrastinate
WAITING for yourself to FEEL like doing the thing, you won't end up doing it. .
